Proactive Incident Management

Our services are designed to minimise risk, especially the risk of a damaging incident. It is too late to think about effective incident management when one occurs. Our job is to ensure that our clients are properly prepared should one occur.

Of course, it is fairly inevitable that organisations experience incidents and breaches. Our objective is to not only reduce the likelihood of damage but also the likelihood of them happening.

We will support both existing clients and new clients if the worst should happen and a data breach occurs.  We have an incident management portal that will notify us of your data breach and we will contact you as soon as possible to offer our support.

Fast and Effective Response

We are experts at managing and responding to cyber security and data protection incidents.

Our services are both proactive and reactive.  We can support you if you need help with a security or data protection incident.

If you are a contracted client, you will be assigned an Incident Manager, a skilled and experienced professional who will act as your response lead.  Their role is to ensure that you are as well prepared for an incident.  This preparation includes effective planning and ensuring that you have the knowledge and technical solutions that you need at your disposal.

Note – we also provide Incident Management and Response technical solutions to minimise risk and analyse incidents if they occur.

There are a number of vital plans and procedures that need to be in place.  Some of these are prerequisites for your cyber security insurance to be valid.

We review what you have in place with regards to incident planning, business continuity and disaster recovery.  All three of these are usually mandated for cyber security insurance.  If they are missing or not properly implemented then there is a significant risk that your insurer will refuse a claim.

Note – over 40% of cyber security claims are rejected by insurance companies.
